Butterflies
Had lunch at Din Tai Fung at the Marina Bay Link Mall today and took notice of their decor next to the entrance - strings of paper butterflies hanging that brought a feel of spring to the place. Must say I enjoyed the food as much as taking these butterflies.

Handburger's Duck and Lamb
For a change, we decided to try the duck confit and lamb burgers at Handburger. The verdict, either you'll love it or hate it. The duck burger, paired with orange marmalade, was sweet but not unusual. For the latter, you'll love it if you are into that distinct taste of lamb. So go for them if you want to surprise your taste bud.

End of a Flight
Who knew it could had soared the sky once, maybe its line broke or was cut then. Now the kite hangs on the branch of a tree, never going to fly anymore.

Fav Local Food
It was always a treat to gather all my favourite local food for a hearty meal and to do so actually wouldn't be so difficult after all in Singapore. You just have to go to one of the famous hawker food places and start looking out for the stalls with the long queues.

Smurfs!
With the launching of the Smurfs movie, a local display was set up at Bugis Street featuring Smurfs decorated by some local celebrities and big names. The result was an impressive range of creative Smurfs that you would probably never had thought of!

SPC Bishan Dog Run
The Pom Club organised a dog run gathering at Bishan Park over last weekend to let the dogs interact and run freely for another time. The owners should had enjoyed themselves as much as their pooches did. I definitely did, especially capturing some of the magical moments between the dogs.

2nd Visit to Cotton Bleu
2nd visit within 1 week was how much I was impressed previously. This week they had the crispy roast pork belly which gave me a good reason to go back for more. Went for different dishes and tried their skewered scallops that were really good. Their infamous lamb racks and mussels didn't fail to impress too.

The ION Peels
Some info you will pick up when you visit the museum gallery at the Orchard ION, which explains the concept behind the architectual design of iconic building. And it is cool to learn that ION got its name from Onion, which is also the inspiration to the shape and curvy lines of the shopping mall. Having known that, it is more apparent how its facade resemble that of an onion's layers peeled.
